robk Posted April 6, 2019 Posted April 6, 2019 Does anyone have a method of bulk removing addresses from the OWA Autocomplete list? It seems a member of staff has been using a home email rather than work, which is now stuck in various autocomplete lists. I can't manually delete as I dont know all of the users affected. Microsoft support have not been forthcoming with a solution, but I think there should be a way! Does anyone have a working script?
BKGarry Posted April 6, 2019 Posted April 6, 2019 I can't suggest a way to remove them from the list but I can suggest that you setup a mail flow rule that any internal email sent to that address is redirected to the work one.

The complainant wants it removing..
