When adding servers to Server Manager group it cant save. I get an error

I added all my servers to a group in server manager on my windows 10 1809 pc but keep getting the error when clicking ok.

 

Any ideas where it tries to save these settings or why I'm getting the error?

my server list was here: %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\ServerManager\ServerList.xml

And i'd make the assumption you have no space to save to file... as the error says - tried launching server manager as admin?

Same error as admin.

 

Space isn't an issue.

 

I wonder if it is to do with folder redirection of appdata. I have looked in %apdata%\Microsoft\Windows\ and there is no ServerManager folder.

Is the %appdata% variable taking you to the location that you've redirected the Appdata? have you checked where the Appdata would be on the local machine? This seems weird...
