Nota-T6 Error

We've got an issue within NOVA-T6, when going to Model > Load Curriculum from SIMS we are getting the an error message after entering a date and clicking OK on the Load Data from SQL window.

 

 

Does anyway know how to fix this?

Are you launching NOVA through SIMS or using the satellite version?

Have you checked the version of NOVA and SIMS are from the same upgrade?

Have you been able to do things with NOVA from this workstation before (if not it may bepermissionss)

Launching NOVA through SIMS. How do you check the versions? Everything else is goign through fine. SIMS has been upgraded to the latest version. The Data Manager has been able to use and do things with NOVA from the workstation. Permission for the user or the workstation?

For permissions, it could be that your Windows user doesn't have write permissions to locations on your local machine or if you've not used NOVA here beofre then it could be missing user permissions.

Do you happen to know what permissions is required for the user and what folders required write permissions on the local PC?
