Hi all,

Hopefully a quick question!

We've got a Smoothwall RADIUS setup for our BYOD clients that connect and authenticate via our Ruckus WiFi. I need to carry out some testing as our iOS devices aren't behaving nicely (I believe it's certificate related), however once I've successfully authenticated on an iPad I can't then seem to unauthenticate or log out from the RADIUS session - I need to do this in order to recreate the environment prior to logging in again!

I've tried using the "Log out" button against the username on the Smoothwall User Activity page, but that doesn't seem to do anything and the iPad remains authenticated. Is there a way to force the RADIUS session to be terminated and thus prompt the iPad to re-login?

Cheers,

Will

Ah, I've worked it out now.

For anyone else interested, I was able to delete my session from the Monitor > Wireless Clients page in Ruckus.

Good you found out how to do it. The RADIUS waits for a logout from the accounting I believe. It will time out after some time but otherwise it wait for RADIUS messages.
