Outlook Pop Up Issue

A client is using Outlook 2013. They use an office 365 account. They constantly get the following pop up every so often as well as have the username and password box frequently pop up also. They can use emails ok apart from this annoying issue.

 

Another user in the same office uses the same email address on her PC without any problems what so ever.

 

Any help much appreciated.

Something is getting in the way of the connection to office 365.

 

Youd say that sort of message if you had outlook running and connected to a captive portal (say hotel wifi) and left it a bit before signing in via a browser,
