I need a HP RJ45 console cable to USB - recommendations?

The cable I currently have is RJ45 to DB9 (serial) with a serial-to-USB adapter on the end of it. I hate it, it regularly hangs my machine requiring a hard reboot to recover.

 

Anyone have a recommendation for a suitable RJ45-to-USB HP switch console cable?
