Server 2016 core (backups)

Hey

 

After some advise, I have taken over from someone else but I don't really have much experience on server 2016 core. The server are currently getting backed by veeam but it only seem to be copying the virtual disk image i can't see anywhere in veeam where I could do I restore with this. Anyone else use anything or any suggestions.

 

I have tried azure but it won't pickup the data disk on the adfs server it will back the host but not the data.
