Cloning OS error

Hi,

 

I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct section, apologies if I am not.

 

I am trying to clone an operating system onto a Samsun SSD, I am using samsung migration software, it gets to about 10% and comes up with an error. When i check the SSD in diskpart its showing that the SSD is offline even though I keep setting it to online. I was wondering if anyone else had had this issue and what they did to resolve it?
