Event Viewer - Error Log

Morning People,

 

I'm seeing this error in a machine event viewer - can anyone help with what it means?

 

"The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer YGG-GTECH-01 that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{BE3ED26A-6920-4800-BB65-777759E021BF}. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced."

 

This is a machine on or domain but why is it trying to take over?

NetBT stop UDP ports 137 and 138 being forwarded on your router(s) / switches.

 

(in a meeting, sorry for the lack of detailed explanation)
