VLAN and Access Point not connecting to Zone Director

Hi Everyone,

 

I currently have a very strange problem where 3 access points connected to 1 switch show up as unconnected in my Zone Director 3000. There are however 2 others access points also connected to the same switch that are working. Having looked at the switch config I can confirm that,

 

All of the Access points are configured to be part of 2 additional VLANS and are configured as "Tagged" on both of these VLANS.

The Uplink port to the next switch is also included as "Tagged" to both VLANS.

 

The switch shows me that power is being delivered to all of the access points connected to the switch too, including the ones that are not working.

Have you done an AP hard reset on each? We had the same issue and had to reset them.
