Migrate Pinned Taskbar Apps + Documents?

Hi folks,

 

Is there a way to migrate (and backup) not only apps pinned on the taskbar, but the items pinned underneath the app as well e.g. documents?

 

Not finding anything with Google, aside from just the apps themselves.
