CES Census Figures Entered Error

Hi All - running the CES census on SIMS for my secondary school - and after creating and calculating all details - it won't let me create & validate or save any changes as this error pops up at the bottom with a red cross:

 

'Figures Entered cannot exceed Year 11 Pupils on roll on last years CES return'

 

The on roll figures are correct, as they were last year - and I can't even see where the CES cenus looks at this for just year 11. So confused!

 

Has anyone had this issue before? Any pointers?
