[sims] Version Timeline + Permissions Spreadsheet

Hi All,

 

1. Is there a timeline of version names vs. numbers for SIMS? Just something simple, not after anything fancy. Google isn't turning up anything.

2. Where do I get the latest version of the permissions spreadsheet? The one that lists roles vs. granular permissions. Google turns up various versions, but not the latest version, nor what seems to be the origin. I'm guessing it's somewhere on MyCapita, so requires a login.

SIMS 2018 Autumn release is version 7.184, capita increased the second number by 2 every upgrade (once a term) so the next upgrade will be 7.186. If you want historical versions, then -6 to get the same term but a year ago. E.g. Autumn 2017 was 7.178

We are supported by our county IT team rather than Capita, but I found I did have an account. For some reason I couldn't find the document on a first attempt, but searching for "sims permissions spreadsheet" has turned it up (Documents, on the right-hand side).
