office 365 show email address rather than display name in emails

does anyone know if its possible to get office 365 (ideally both web based and outlook/mobile) to display a senders actual email address rather than their "name"

 

ive come accross a few schools recently where an email that looks like its coming from the heads account but if you hover over the email address it shows [email protected] rather than the actual email address. and these emails eventually end in the sender asking for a decent chunk of money and saying an invoice will follow (hopefully someone saying pay up then will send you an invoice should set alarm bells ringing) but if office 365 could show the actual email address this would be less likely to ever happen
