Prompt users to move Windows known folders to OneDrive GPO Not Working

I'm testing the OneDrive GPO where you can get users to be prompted to sync folders with OneDrive but it's not working.

 

This is the Group Policy:

 

 

Now I know it's doing something as in the registry on the computer I am testing it on the Tenant ID is showing up in the registry!

 

I'm logged in to OneDrive and our school name is appearing alongside 'OneDrive' in File Explorer so I'm logged in OK but even after several reboots it's not prompting me to protect my important folders with OneDrive!
