Gongalong Posted December 18, 2018 Posted December 18, 2018 Hi folks, Is it no longer possible to see the registration details e.g. categories, types of processing, at the ICO's site? I'm guessing the answer = no. All the public register now shows is registration date, fee expiry, name, address, and whether a public authority. Thanks 1

AndrewSharp Posted December 18, 2018 Posted December 18, 2018 That's right - under the new accountability framework, introduced by GDPR, all this should be in a privacy notice to data subjects so they don't have to look on the ICO site to find out what data is being processed. The public register of fee payers may also show DPO contact details. 1
Gongalong Posted December 18, 2018 Author Posted December 18, 2018 Ta. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't searching some new register and missing the old one.
