Smoothwall blocking Psiphon

Morning all,

 

Has anyone been able to block Psiphon using Smoothwall? I have tried using Smoothwalls default settings for proxies. I was able to block other proxies successfully, however, failed with Psiphon. Any advice would be really appreciated as you can imagine a 1:1 school with HP Streams with teenage kids proxies get around quick!

Yes, I did read that tread. However, I was unable to get this blocked. I have PMed the thread creator, if I block it successfully I will post how.
