Bev Posted December 12, 2018 Posted December 12, 2018 I've uninstalled the office that comes with W10, and installed Office 2016 but I have 2 sets of links on the start menu. I can't seem to get rid of the original ones, they don't do anything but they won't go away anyone else encountered this?
cscc Posted December 12, 2018 Posted December 12, 2018 To uninstall go to Start > Settings > Apps & Features. Scroll through the list until you find Microsoft Office Desktop Apps. Select Uninstall.
Bev Posted December 12, 2018 Author Posted December 12, 2018 i've done that, the links are still on the start menu but they don't do anything as the app is uninstalled.
