SIMS Support provider - London & Essex

I've had a hunt through the forums but couldn't find anything specific enough to my area.

 

Our renewal of our Capita Enhanced Support Contract is up for discussion and I'm looking for something better.

 

Response times have become a joke and all we're really getting for our money is a call logging service.

 

Any one based in the south east know of any companies relatively local, or local schools that can recommend a provider.

 

We're based in East London, so anyone from Essex, Kent or London would be great.

I am going to jump in here to remind anyone posting of the forum rules:

 

Suppliers who are not sponsors may not ask people to post recommending their services and, it goes without saying, that no supplier is allowed to ask a member to post against a rival.

 

Suppliers that are not sponsors are never allowed to send a private message to any member. Sponsors may only do so at the express invitation of a member.
