AJWhite1970 Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 Just wondering in this GDPR world we all now inhabit if there is a format in which we can put individual student university destinations on our website and prize giving booklets or is it no longer acceptable other than to say how many went to each university? Having this discussion with the Head of Sixth Form at the moment who is in "la la la I'm not listening" mode.... Cheers Andrew
edmokeski Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 We've certainly gone for the "here's a list of universities our leavers went to" instead of "here's a list of our leavers and the university they went to." Seems by far the safer approach, and other than Sally's family and friends (who can find out from, you know, Sally), who cares that it's Sally that went on to Whatsamatta U? 2
hardtailstar Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 Does the prize giving have pictures etc of Students? If so that wont be much different from 'Joe Bloggs got the award for keeping his trousers round his waist and here is a list of what Universities all our students are going to'. To 'Joe Bloggs got the award for keeping his trousers round his waist and is off to Pantaloon High'.
