Hello,

One of our HP x360 11inch Chromebooks has had something dropped on the lid which has caused damage to the LCD (glass and digitizer are fine). I'm struggling to source the part for a reasonable price, can anybody recommend a supplier that can help or offer any other advice?

Part number: B116XAB01.3

Thanks!

We use Zandparts for parts supplies for our Asus Chromebooks if we can't find anything cheaper on Amazon or eBay.

Have a look at Accupart - they arent necessarily cheap, but can't ever complain with their quality or service.

Similarly, have a look at screens.uk - cheaper, but smaller range

is that part number off the back of the lcd or the screen assembly? Anyhow Amazon usually have a fair price.

Yes that is the back of the LCD. We've looked in all the usual places but we're struggling to find much about, anything we have found is near enough the same as a brand new device!

Chromebooks always seem to have quite expensive spare parts - especially screens, but that's usually down to the fact that there are very few actual parts in a chromebook, and the parts themselves don't need to be high end. 1 or 2 GB RAM, 16 or 32GB SSD, standard wireless chip that can be used across any devices.

I know this was a while ago but I want to thank you for recommending Accupart. They sourced a screen from China for us and it's done the trick. I can't recommend their service highly enough.
