Salto ProAccess WebCam error

Hi all,

 

At one of my schools they have a Salto badge and door access system. When we try to take photos on the system we have issues with the webcam. We are using a Logitech C270 Webcam, for the photos, but any browser I use to access the Salto system errors out when using the webcam.

 

In Firefox when it asks for me to give it permission to access the webcam I get - "Argument 1 is not valid for any of the 1 argument overloads of URL.createObjectURL.

In chrome i get - "No flash detected." Flash is enabled.

 

Internet explorer i get a blank page.

 

I give permission to the browsers to access the camera.

 

When I do get the camera working, after taking one photo I get a sharing violation when I try to take another.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
