I have a couple of Gmail accounts, both for separate purposes, and they are filling up faster than ever. I need to backup all the emails currently present in these accounts so that I can have a clean Gmail account and also get the backup emails retrieve later when I want them to. What solution do I have?

By filling up - I'm guessing these are private consumer accounts - not G Suite ones (as these are unlimited). So as a private individual, you can buy more storage or upgrade to Google One. As a school, you can use G Suite for Education which is free and your accounts are unlimited - so will never fill up. You can migrate private Gmail to G suite - see https://support.google.com/a/answer/6167866?hl=en. With G Suite you can also archive all your mail using Vault. You should not be using private accounts for school stuff.
