Is anyone using EduLinkOne? Looking for a system that can deliver reports to parents but also text messages/emails. Any feedback on how well they do things would be a great help.

Never used them, but seen a lot of demos and it looks really good. I think you can download a trial app.

Spoken a great deal to Titus Software who work with it alongside their LMS services and they are great. Really helpful and reactive.

We've used edulink one and the company overnet data for years. Really impressed with the system. It does everything we need it to. The company itself is really responsive to feedback and requests for changes too.

 

Parents really like the app and information they can access through it. Highly customisable so you can just use the features you want to.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you use it for sending emails/SMS to parents? If you use it for SMS which provider do you use. We currently use teachers2parents but they won't give me access to the API because we are on an unlimited contract. Anyone else had this issue?

Yeah we've been using it for a while and the company Overnet Data are awesome. Nothing we can say others haven't already, responsive, easy to talk to, take on board feedback & suggestions etc. We use it for emails & app comms currently but will likely also do SMS later on.

We've got a trail for Edulink One now and it was a very smooth setup, one of the easiest SIMS integrations I have seen.

 

We rasied a concern with them that the system does not automatically send out logins in bulk as our previous system did and they are actually developing that feature for us now. We haven't even payed them anything yet!

 

Overall, looks very promising and I'm pretty sure we will purchase it.
