Arthur Posted November 29, 2018 Author Posted November 29, 2018 Turns out the KMS key on our relationship summary page is incorrect and doesn't match the KMS key that is listed when I look in Downloads and Keys. The KMS keys on the relationship summary page (under agreement number > product keys) are the KMS host keys and the other ones listed under downloads are the KMS client keys.

So the client key also needs activating in AD? I thought only the host key did and the client keys were baked into the OS?
