[sims] Problem with Workforce Census

Hi all one of my users is having a problem with the workforce census, this is the descriptions she sent me below, anyone have any ideas/pointers?

 

Error Code 4720 Work force census issue post is inconsistent with role identifier.

 

Getting this error code when running the census in SIMS. Looked at various options of swopping post and role but nothing seems to work. Looked at pay scales and all looks ok,

the SEN role is in there, but the two areas don’t seem to be mapping together.

 

The staff member in question is a teacher who had a dual role of class teacher and SENCO. This terminated 31/08/2018 and from 01/09/2018

they have been purely SENCO with no teaching responsibilities. She has gone from a teacher contract to a support contract.

What fileset revision are you using?
