Issue with new staff

Afternoon everyone

 

I have an issue with my HAP. New staff that started in the recent summer are unable to login, with the error "username or password are incorrect, or you do not have permission to view this page".

 

I have read the forums and i thought it might be the AD username and Password, but this hasn't changed and other members of staff and Students can login fine.

 

Any ideas?

Also, i'm not sure if its linked, but when i try and change my password using the "Me" section. No matter how complex it always says "This password does not meet the security requirements"

Check the new staff is in all of the right AD groups. It could be someything to do with that.

Thanks, I have just checked and they are all in the same groups. Any other ideas?
