fujitsu SX60 old fibre SAN HELP serial and telnet issues

My old as heck fujitsu SAN which without warning and no error lights. (except all drives are amber) isn't working.

 

I can't find the web interface (I assume it's not working) I've got the serial lead connected and am using putty (serial 9600) but the output is garbled (but responds). UT8 is already selected, would the wrong serial speed do this? I can't find a manual for the sx60 that tells me the serial settings..

it was 115000 speed, re-seated all harddisks in order 0-0 to 0-4 (5 disks) and it came back... now, shame the server is upset!
