[sims] SWC and Leaving Reason for Support Staff

As part of the School Workforce Return, we have to put in a reason for leaving. What do we put in for support staff who move from one school to another? It has an option for "No longer teaching but remaining in education" but nothing for non-teaching roles leaving the school but staying in the education sector.
