I'm looking for a Helpdesk Assistant to join the IT Services team at South Devon College. This is a junior role within the team, full time (37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)

 

This role ideally suits someone at the start of their IT career who has some basic IT knowledge, a desire to learn and good customer service skills. You will need English, Maths and IT at level 2 or above, alongside prior experience in a customer service role (which doesn't need to be IT related).
