Jobos Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 Over half term I intend to upgrade the firmware on our Unifi AC-PRO APs as they are currently running 3.8.3 and the latest firmware I can see is 3.9.54. Are there any known problems with this upgrade as the last thing I want to do is start having issues?
jthompson Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 I upgraded our AP-AC-PROs from 3.9.3 to 3.9.42 during the summer and am seeing seemingly random restarts on a daily basis. Haven't had a chance to look into properly yet. Not sure if it's when they're under heavy load, whether it's borderline PoE, or what. As I say, I haven't looked into it yet on the UniFi forums at all. I guess that's the place to check.

Jobos Posted October 19, 2018 Author Posted October 19, 2018 Well that's good to know. Like I said we are running 3.8.3 and some APs have been up for 58 days with no problems at all so might be best to leave well alone.
