We offer academic, wellbeing and community support to transform the lives of students (aged 9-18 years) who want to learn but have had low rates of attendance at school due to high anxiety, severe bullying, trauma or chronic stress. Students mostly attend online from home, on laptops we provide.We seek an experienced and capable IT Systems Administrator to help implement, support and improve IT systems and infrastructure at RBAir and the wider RB Group, four offline learner centres with students physically in attendance.You’ll be expanding a friendly, small team from 3 to 4, and given a good degree of freedom to find and implement creative solutions to our many problems, working closely with the IT manager. The work will include: SSO & user directory planning and implementation across Windows 10 Azure/O365 Domain, Google GSuite and more. Implementation and administration of mobile and in house device management and web filtering services (Intune / Lightspeed Relay) Moving/implementing new and existing web, e-learning and identity services to a robust virtualised infrastructure across in-building and remote servers. Linux server setup, general admin, and provision of services upon. Network Administration, advanced configuration and security (Ubiquiti UniFi) Backup, System security, GDPR, Charity and Schools compliance measures Documentation and general technical support for the team and end users. Input into all planning for future IT systems, with a big say in deciding where we go and how we get there, before helping us execute those plans. We’d like to see: A self starter, with a desire to deliver a polished, reliable solution. A creative approach to problem solving - backed by good attention to detail!
