[sims] Sims Parent App Conduct

We are using the Sims Parent App

 

Under conduct is says that under Behaviour it can/will show details for behaviour and achievement incidents that are logged within sims. It has a section saying that it will show who actioned the behaviour, also similarly for achievements it will/can show who awarded the achievement

 

When logging a behaviour or achievement incident within sims I have found the sections for actioned by and awarded by.

 

Is there anyway we can get these fields to auto populate?

 

There are other fields that do auto populate like Recorded by/date/location but not the ones needed to show information within the parent app. We have asked staff to add the details to the actioned by and awarded by fields manually but they are complaining that it is taking to long

Complained about the exact same thing to Capita. It's ridiculous that the App doesn't pass through behaviour data from the simple input method: right click register > behaviour > select type ...the App misses off class and teacher. Official answer: you have to go in the long way around: Focus > Behaviour Management > Student Behaviour > Search for the class > pick off pupils...

This is daft, we are having the same issue and I can not understand Capitas's reasoning for this. The app should allow you to use the recorded by field if it can not populate awarded by in registers. As of right now the Parent App is weak and don't get me started on the lack of reporting
