3CX Onprem or Hosted?

We will be moving away from our Cisco system over to 3cx this year, just wanted to know whether you have gone for on premises or hosted? Any supplier recommendations would be great. I have read a couple of the recent posts on 3cx but any more info would be great.

We have on-prem, it works. The only issue we have is, of course, when our internet or power goes down. This is a rare occurrence but does have to be planned for.

 

We went with a local IT company that we found on 3CX's list of Partners.

 

You do need to make sure you have some hard lines in case of emergency

 

We are looking at companies who will host for us at a reasonable rate, but only for a future plan, not going to happen right now. So far the best is a company called Adept from Newcastle upon Tyne.
