Youtube Restricted Mode

We are finding some videos on youtube are restricted and we are having an issue unblocking them.

 

A few years ago, we could add them to our channel's playlist and this would allow the videos - now it seems when we create a play list and add an unrestricted video the playlist shows. As soon as we add a restricted video, the playlist disappears.

 

Adding the video to our auth by pass rule or our youtube allowed videos doesn't work.

 

Have youtube (google) changed the way this is now working for education users that are pushing to youtube via the DNS rule? Does anyone know the work around for this?

double check what youre applying - i know if we apply the youtube restricted and safety mode on the smoothwall/chromegpo it completely kills youtube approving i disabled everything but youtube restricted mode and ours is working fine for approval of blocked videos

thanks, looks like i had a bit of a senior moment. I've had to allow the entire playlist in Auth Bypass > URL Patterns to get the playlist to show and allow to the students.
