VPN: user can't connect to own drive

Got an issue where a user can connect to vpn fine but can’t connect to her own drive.

 

The user can can browse other mapped drives. Just not her own.

 

Any simple setting that I can ask the user to try before I return to site next week?

Is this an ssl or l2tp vpn? We've have issues in the past using l2tp. Using ssl instead seems to cure the issue. Normally when using a dfs share. can they access the share by going to \\server\share?

We have gave them a script that remaps all there drives. (including there own N drive) but still doesnt work.

 

I'm not back on site till Thursday and i will have a look what setting there are.
