[sims] Hiding batch photos

Right, so for a very good reason we need to hide/dete an entire year group's worth of photos from SIMS.

Capita's advice is manually, one by one. That's a *huge* undertaking. I can't make head nor tail of the database for tracking them down, nor are they stored in document server any more (showing my age there sorry!)

Has anyone achieved anything like this before?

Generate a blank image (open paint and save a white image) of the appropriate size. Write a quick script to copy and rename it to every student's admission number. Use bulk photo import to overwrite the students with the new photo.

Glad you've got a solution - curious as to why this would be needed though!

With the data linked with so many other systems and services, some of which are public facing should there be any inaccuracies this could cause problems.
