See a student timetable for last year

We have just had another request to see what a student timetable was for last year. Does anyone know how we can get this with Progresso?

And while I am asking is it possible to get previous years attendance too?

Ah, there is an answer. I didn't know this.

 

1. Go to Source | select the Timetable Details for the previous Academic Year.

2. Click OK.

3. Go to Timetable | Timetable Views.

4. Select 'View for Individual' and filter to the learner.

5. Select 'View timetable for' and set it to Date Range.

6. It is possible to view the timetable for a six week period.
