NovaT6 question

Hi,

I am having an issue with Nova T6.

 

A couple of days ago we had a power cut in the night (may be totally unrelated) and since then I've had a few issues with the share name and folder permissions, but most of these appear to be resolved now.

 

But since the morning of the power cut, we haven't been able to use Nova-T6 properly. When I click on "Load External Dataset" I appear to be pointed to the wrong folder. It is going to S:\SIMS\SNOVA\NT6 when I actually want it to go to S:\SOVA\NT6

 

How do I set it so that NOVA-T6 automatically points to the correct folder by default? I cannot see anywhere to set this.

 

I have had a call logged with Capita but it is taking far too long for them to get back to me.

 

Hope that makes some kind of sense.

Looks like you have 2 installs of Nova on the SIMS server. You are now using a different install in a slightly different folder location.

Yeah, I need to find out how to point NOVA to the correct folder.

I think your shortcut is pointing to a different NT6.EXE file. Try 'My Computer' and browse to the S: drive and navigate to S:\SOVA\NT6 > NOVAT and double click on NT6.EXE
