Os 10.5 Server: Firefox is an allowed app but...

Im using the managed preference feature of os 10.5 server to "lockdown" students computers. For some reason even though I have added Mozilla Firefox as an allowed app it tells students that are assigned to the group which inherited the policy that the app is restricted. Safari works great but I really need firefox to work, any ideas?

Are the clients 10.5 or 10.4?

 

There is a legacy setting for 10.4 clients although i don't know if the other still works for 10.4 as well.

 

Also check the name of the app in both the server admin prefs and on the client. If there are any differences it will still say it cannot be opened.
