Does anyone have anything good to say about Creo?

Morning all,

Not a rant as such but an honest question. Has anyone ever had a positive experience with PTC's Creo software?

 

Setting up v2 years back was a pain but its upgrade time now. My tech requested a code a few weeks back but didn't get anything back and find their support take weeks to get back to you if at all.

 

Is it just me or is it like they purposely go out their way to make it a huge pain for anyone to get ahold of, deploy and use their software in schools?

 

Anyone have anything good to say?
