Deleting associated pupils from contacts

Hi

I'm in the process of trying to tidy up our contacts in SIMS including deleting duplicate contacts. Where I have a a contact in more than once I'm trying to move all associated students to one contact so I can delete the duplicate but even when I have removed the contact from the pupils record it will still not let me delete the student from the contact. Any ideas?

congratulations - you have found the Easter egg in SIMS

 

please contact your support provider and request Consolidated Workstation Fix 1

 

This will lock you out of CTF functionality but will fix the issue you have found
