Emails to Hotmail accounts going missing

We're seeing a number of parents with hotmail accounts reporting they're not receiving emails. We're on GSuite for Education and email via groups. Out logs don't show any problems. We believe hotmail is redirecting to spam, but changing settings in hotmail appears not to be working for some? Anyone seeing similar issues?

Common for Hotmail and Yahoo in experience; check your mail domain on mxtoolbox.com and make sure it's not blacklisted anywhere.

We have experienced this in the past; 20 hour delays with emails being delivered to Hotmail accounts.

 

On examining the header of an email once it arrived, the issue was that an ‘outbound.protection.outlook.com’ address was being blacklisted (and we were using Office365!).
