Samsung SDP-860 software

Hi,

 

One of my schools has one of these visualisers and we are trying to locate the software for it. Samsung haven't been able to help, I wondered if anyone had a copy? Long shot but hey

Any chance you still need this? I came across the install CD when a teacher requested a document camera this week. It is the US version of the software, however, if that makes a difference. Total size for the CD is about 101MB zipped.

running into difficulty as software requires .Net Framework 2.0 to install

computer isn't allowing me to download . . windows 10 machine

Should be able to follow these directions to install it, since .NET 2.0 and 3.0 are included with .NET 3.5:

So I downloaded the 7z file and extracted the files using zip extractor app, but I cannot seem to figure out what file actually installs the software. I have tried the most of the "setup" files and "exe" files but I keep getting errors. For the SPD-860.exe file at the end (which I think is the correct file) my computer is saying where is the "main" and wont go any further with the set up. Any ideas or help is appreciated. This remote learning stuff is making everything twice as hard!

Not sure why you can't run the setup - it does require .NET 2.0/3.5 (2.0 is included, but it isn't the Win10 version.) I just download and extracted the file, and ran the setup.exe under the English folder and it installs with no issue and loads the viewer software after install. It gives me a 'no camera attached' error, but that's expected since there is no doc camera attached. It also works from running the SDP-860.exe -> English and then under the USB S/W selecting SDP USB Viewer should also run the installer.
