smurfomatic Posted September 14, 2018 Posted September 14, 2018 I'm trying to authenticate Mailchimp so that it works with DKIM on our domain. Gone through all the setup as instructed, added the relevant DNS entries and still comes up with an error. Not sure why though, as dnschecker says the CNAME entry required is pointing to the right address... Any ideas? It's been nearly 24 hours so in theory may not have propagated yet. As we're using "forever free" Mailchimp we don't have any email or chat support.
smurfomatic Posted September 14, 2018 Author Posted September 14, 2018 Never mind - now that we don't need to rush around and send our start of term newsletter out (disabled DKIM temporarily) it's authenticated!
smurfomatic Posted September 15, 2018 Author Posted September 15, 2018 Just lag then? Seems so, though the screen for domain authentication has been updated since Thursday.
