ICT Technician 1st / 2nd line – North London * URGENT *

Rolling contract - up to £125 / day on PAYE or £200 / day (Ltd or Umbrella)

 

This is an urgent requirement, to start ASAP.

 

Our client, has an urgent requirement for an experienced ICT Technician to provide day-to-day ICT support for the staff and students at their school site in North London.

 

As the ICT Technician, you will liaise with the School staff and ICT Service Desk to identify, prioritise and resolve all ICT support and service requests.

You may also be required, on occasions to manage the ICT support activities across other schools, in North London and if so - travel expenses will be paid.

 

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience supporting IT within a school or college.

You must also have a DBS (or be able to get one) and daily access to a car or motorbike.

 

 

Essential Technical skills include:

 

· Windows Server 2008 / 2012 (Administration)

· Active Directory and Group Policy

· Windows 7 / 8 / 10

· MS Office 10 / 13 / 365 / suites

· LAN / WAN

· DNS / DHCP

· VLAN

· SIMS support

 

Any experience of Wireless technologies, Apple Macs, iPads and VM Ware is also highly desirable.
