petben Posted September 12, 2018 Posted September 12, 2018 Hello, Is it possible to turn off SmartInk in Internet Explorer but have it working when in Office 2016 Applications? It does seem to cause some IE login windows, pop up boxes etc to display white. This needs to be done via GPO, Reg Keys etc. Thanks
TLARWise Posted September 12, 2018 Posted September 12, 2018 I had the same issue a while ago and found the following article which sorted it: https://community.smarttech.com/s/article/How-to-remove-the-SMART-Ink-overlay-and-hide-the-SMART-Ink-Toolbar-for-a-single-application?language=en_US
petben Posted September 13, 2018 Author Posted September 13, 2018 Thanks, I am trying to setup the test environment but cant get started. - Should smart-ink open on a computer with notebook installed and smartink 5.3, but without a board attached? I cant even get it to open... - Is there a smart ink internet explorer add-on that I could just disable?
