Tucasi SCOPay and transaction fees for catering

We are looking into getting SCOPay to tie into our existing SCO which is used for trips etc.

 

My question is for schools using SCOPay and cashless catering link then who pays your transaction fees for topping up catering cards? Does the school foot the bill or do you pass it on to the parents or catering company?

 

For standard trips or equipment we will be building the transaction fees into the cost.

 

As a side note, is there any other provider we should be considering that does the trips and visits, online payments?
