Missing Registers Notification Home Page Widget not showing Reg Group

The handy little Home Page widget that shows missing registers has always worked like a charm for us.

 

But this new year we are only see the timetable registers appearing and not the missing registers for the Reg Groups.

 

Anyway know what criteria this widget uses to identify a missing register that we perhaps are not meeting ?

 

Grateful for any suggestions.

Progresso right? Have you got a tutor time scheduled into the timetable this year? If not they don't appear in the same widget as the others. I assume you're using "Lessons not Taken" - without a timetabled Tutor period the Tutor registers will only show in the "Roll Calls not Taken" widget.
