Hi all,

 

Trying to have a tidy up of SOLUS3 and cannot remove an old computer from it, which is a little annoying.

 

Wondering if anyone knows how to remove an ex-technicians PC?

 

If I go into SOLUS and click on the PC under agents and click on remove computer I get "Agent OLDTECHCOMPUTER is responsible for the SOLUS3 user interface and cannot be uninstalled."

 

I've had a look in the SOLUS database with no idea which flag to clear \ remove to get it to let me delete it.

 

Any pointers would be appreciated. If not, I will log it with Capita tomorrow.

In SOLUS3 go to Settings | SOLUS3 | (Show SOLUS3 Targets)

The last bit is a hyperlink just under the menus. This is where you need to remove roles that manage the central SOLUS3 install from.
